Items listed as in stock typically ship the next business day after cleared payment and final verification.
Items labeled “Available Upon Request” are sourced through our trusted network after a 10 percent fully refundable deposit.
• Most requests are fulfilled within 24 to 72 hours
• Rare or highly sought-after pieces may take up to 7 days
• Once you approve the item and complete the remaining balance, shipment is arranged promptly
• If we are unable to meet your standards within 7 calendar days, your deposit is refunded in full
Items produced after purchase ship once fabrication is complete and final quality checks are finished.

• Shipping occurs immediately after completion and verification
Fully custom work follows the timeline outlined in your quote and invoice.

If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order or custom items, shipments may be split so in-stock items can arrive sooner. All shipments remain fully insured and tracked.
For security, shipments are sent to the carrier’s verified hold location nearest your address.
• Pickup requires a government-issued ID
• The name on the ID must match the name on the package
• An adult signature is required to release the shipment
Pickup details are provided with your tracking information.
If you prefer a different carrier location or a location near upcoming travel, please let us know before payment so we can confirm options.
Residential delivery is not offered by default due to security protocols. In rare cases, it may be approved following additional verification.
We do not ship to PO boxes.

Your shipment remains fully insured until signed for at the carrier location.
If your package appears delayed, misrouted, or damaged:
• Contact us immediately
• Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved
• We will open a trace or insurance claim and guide next steps
Carriers hold packages for a limited time.
If a shipment is returned due to non-pickup or refusal:
• Re-shipment can be arranged after security details are reconfirmed
• Any applicable return or re-delivery fees must be settled prior to reshipping
• Pickup location changes must be requested before the order ships
• Once in transit, changes are limited by carrier policies and may incur fees
• For made-to-order and custom items, changes after design approval may affect timeline and cost
