At The Stellaris Collection, every timepiece and jewelry piece is handled with exceptional care, precision, and respect for the value of luxury goods. Because our offerings include high-value watches, fine jewelry, and made-to-order pieces, return eligibility varies by product category.

The applicable return category is disclosed on each product page at the time of purchase.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility Overview

We classify products into four return categories:

2. Luxury Watches – 48-Hour Inspection Period

Due to the high-value and collectible nature of luxury timepieces, watches are covered by a 48-hour inspection period beginning when the shipment is marked delivered.

Conditions for Watch Returns

To qualify:

• Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• Item must remain unworn, unused, and unaltered
• All original packaging, warranty cards, documentation, links, tags, and accessories must be included
• No signs of wear, sizing, damage, or modification
• Watch must be returned fully insured for its full declared value

Once the 48-hour inspection window has passed, the sale is final.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Original shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.


3. 21-Day Return Items – Standard Jewelry Collection

Eligible pieces may be returned within 21 days of delivery.

Eligible Items

• Signature rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings
• Non-custom pieces from our standard catalog

Conditions

• Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
• Original packaging must be included
• All certificates and documentation included
• No resizing, engraving, or damage

Refund Details

• Refund issued to original payment method
• 15% restocking fee deducted from item price
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping and insurance are customer’s responsibility unless item is defective


4. 7-Day Return Items – Select Fine Jewelry

Certain high-value or limited pieces qualify for a 7-day return window.

Additional Conditions

• Must pass inspection by our gemologist
• Serial numbers and laser inscriptions must match
• No resizing, setting work, engraving, or modifications

Refund Details

• Refund issued to original payment method
• 15% restocking fee deducted
• Shipping, insurance, and payment processing fees are non-refundable
• Refund processed within 5–10 business days after inspection approval


5. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

• Engagement rings (made-to-order)
• Custom-designed jewelry
• Engraved or personalized items
• Resized or modified pieces
• Bespoke or special orders
• Loose diamonds or gemstones
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards

These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


6. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

Email return@thestellariscollection.com within the applicable return window.

Include:

• Order number
• Item(s) to return
• Reason for return
• Photos or short video if applicable

You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.

Returns sent without authorization will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.


7. Return Shipping & Insurance

• All returns must be fully insured for the item’s declared value
• The customer is responsible for safe packaging
• The Stellaris Collection is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during return transit
• Failure to insure the shipment voids return eligibility

For defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery, we will provide a prepaid insured return label.


8. Inspection & Refund Processing

All returns undergo a thorough inspection.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

• Item shows wear or damage
• Item has been altered, resized, engraved, or modified
• Stones, metals, components, or serial numbers have been switched or tampered with
• Packaging or documentation is missing
• Return window has expired

If denied, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Approved refunds:

• Issued to original payment method only
• Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
• Financial institutions may require additional time to post funds


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos or video documentation

Upon verification, we may:

• Provide a replacement
• Arrange correction
• Issue a full refund

No restocking fee applies to confirmed defective or incorrect items.

Minor natural variations in handmade jewelry are not considered defects.


10. International Orders

International returns are subject to:

• Same eligibility windows
• Same 15% restocking fee where applicable
• Customer responsibility for customs, duties, and taxes
• No refunds for import fees

We are not responsible for customs delays or international carrier issues.


11. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

All shipments are insured, documented, and in many cases serial-numbered.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

• Permanent account restriction
• Refusal of future transactions
• Legal recovery efforts for high-value goods

We reserve the right to pursue recovery for fraudulent activity.


12. Policy Modifications

The Stellaris Collection reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version posted on the website at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
