At The Stellaris Collection, we offer consignment services for qualified timepieces. To begin, submit the Sell and Trade form with your watch’s brand, model, reference number, year, accessories, and clear photos.
Once we review the details, we’ll provide a preliminary estimate and discuss the next steps. After approval, you’ll ship the watch to us for inspection and preparation. We then professionally photograph and list it for sale across our trusted collector network. Payment is issued once the watch sells.

Once we evaluate the watch, we’ll provide a trade-in value that can be applied directly toward a purchase from The Stellaris Collection.
Unlike standard consignment, you do not need to wait for your watch to sell. Upon approval, you’ll ship the watch to us, and once it passes inspection, the agreed-upon value can be used as credit toward your selected timepiece.
