How Consignment Works at Stellaris

We begin by reviewing your watch or jewelry piece together. We look at current market pricing, demand, condition, and recent comparable sales, and then we recommend a price range. Nothing is listed until you approve the final price.

Once pricing is confirmed, you’ll ship the piece to us. We’ll provide shipping instructions so it arrives safely and insured. As soon as it’s received, we photograph it, document its condition, and prepare all listing materials. This includes professional imagery, descriptions, and placement across our sales channels.

While your piece is with us, it is stored securely and insured. All buyer inquiries, negotiations, and communication are handled by our team, so you don’t have to manage any of that yourself.

When the item sells, we confirm payment, make sure funds are fully cleared, and then release your payout according to the terms we agreed on. You’ll receive confirmation once everything is complete.

If market conditions change or we believe a pricing adjustment would help the piece move, we’ll always discuss it with you first. Nothing changes without your approval.

Consignment timelines vary depending on demand, but you can request the return of your item at any time before it sells. We only take on items we genuinely believe we can place responsibly, and we treat every piece as if it were our own.
